Chulita (“we”, “us”) runs the water ordering and delivery service at chulita.food. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address: the minimum needed to deliver your water and send your receipt. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email for that purpose only.

What we don’t collect

We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by our payment providers (such as Paystack), who are independently certified for handling payment data.

For areas priced by distance, the delivery address is sent to our delivery-pricing provider (Shipbubble) only to calculate the delivery fee.

How we use your information

To fulfil and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates, respond to your messages and, only if you subscribed, send occasional offers. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details by writing to orders@chulita.food.
