By ordering from chulita.food you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in Naira and include the product as described; the delivery fee for your area is shown before you pay. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are our honest best effort, not a guarantee, as traffic and weather can cause delays. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given.

Dispenser refills

Refill orders are a canister swap: our rider takes your empty CWAY canister when they deliver the full one. There is no deposit. If you don't have an empty canister to swap, order a new canister instead.
